Travel & Arrival
Most people who call us live more than a day's drive away, and that distance stops no one from getting here. We help book flights, sort out the timing, and arrange a pickup so someone is waiting when you land. You handle the decision. We handle getting you here.
How We Handle Travel
Coming to treatment from another city or state adds a layer of worry that most families do not expect. You are already thinking about the person you love. The last thing you should have to sort out is a flight, a connection, and how they will get from the airport to our door.
We handle those details with you. Once admission is confirmed, our team works out the travel plan and keeps you informed at each step.
Here is what we help coordinate:
- Booking flights and working out the best route from where you are
- A staff-arranged pickup at the airport so no one arrives to an empty terminal
- The drive to Cobb Recovery, timed around the flight
- A clear checklist of what to pack and what to leave at home
Distance does not change the care someone receives here, and it should not decide whether they get help. If you are calling from far away, tell us where you are starting from. We will build the arrival plan around that and answer any questions before the day comes.
