Group Therapy
Sitting in a room with people who have faced the same struggles can feel awkward at first. That fades. Group therapy is a core part of the treatment plans we build at Cobb Recovery, and we sit alongside you as connection replaces isolation and shared experience becomes part of how you heal.
How Group Therapy Works in Treatment
Sitting in a room with people who understand what recovery asks of you can steady something that feels shaky on your own. In group therapy, a small number of clients meet with one of our licensed clinicians to talk through what came up during the week, practice new coping skills, and hear how others handle the same struggles. Sessions stay structured and confidential. We use group work alongside individual counseling and medical care, and we adjust how often you attend as your needs shift. Some clients lean on it heavily early, then taper as they gain footing.
