Recovery keeps going long after the first weeks of treatment, and life at home brings its own demands. Our outpatient program at Cobb Recovery is built for that stage. You come in for counseling and support on a schedule that fits around work, family, and daily responsibilities.
When you start, we complete a comprehensive assessment. We look at your history, your health, and what has and hasn't worked before. From there we build a treatment plan shaped around your specific needs, not a template.
A dedicated case manager coordinates your care from admission through aftercare. They keep the plan on track, adjust it when your situation changes, and connect you with the right resources. The pace stays sustainable, because lasting recovery is what we're working toward with you.
Insurance & Admissions
Paying for treatment is often the first worry families raise with us, and we would rather answer it early than let it hang over everything else.
